At Saffron Frameworks, we create beautiful and functional bicycles by understanding first, who you are and what you want from your bicycle. We design frames which fit your cycling goals and your geometry. And we turn that into an aesthetically attractive frame. We believe in turning your ideas into designs, and those designs into truly awesome bicycles, making you the perfect traveling partner on two wheels. Primarily we built with steel but throw a bit of carbon into the mix from time to time. Each one of our frames is unique, made with our own hands.

Schwalbe is a family owned company with over forty years of design and manufacturing expertise. Famous for our Marathon touring tyres, our range now encompases high end mountain bike tyres and top level road race tyres including the enhanced Pro One tubeless tyre with our new ‘Souplesse’ carcase technology. Our tubeless technology also played a major role in the success of our renowned G-ONE gravel tyre range which, along with several road and MTB tyres, are now available in tanwall Classic-Skin. Being a German based company, we have always produced innovative tyres for the European commuter market with Schwalbe being a pioneer of ‘balloon bike’ tyres with the Big Apple and Fat Frank. We have also never forgotten all the old bikes still doing good service out there and so we continue to offer older, and in some cases almost obsolete, sizes with some in traditional whitewall and gumwall.

Dry powder coating - in a rattle can!
Spray.Bike was created out of frustration with existing products. If you’re not an experienced pro, it’s so difficult to use metal or car spray paint on bikes. It drips and dribbles and is extremely hard to control. And professional electrostatic or powder coating can get super expensive. At Vicious Cycles Athens, while trying to repair a damaged frame using a standard RAL spray, we were so disappointed with the results that we phoned up the manufacturer, “Well what do you want the paint to do?” was the reply. After 2 years of development, Spray.Bike was the answer.

ted james design
Ted James Design was founded in 2010 by Ted ‘Superted’ James. Ted started building frames eight years ago and has since made a name for himself as a top builder, winning awards at Bespoked in 2013 and 2016 and being chosen by Reynolds to build the first 921 stainless frame for testing. Ted builds all kinds of bikes (MTB, BMX, CX, Road, Touring, Track, Town) in steel, stainless steel and titanium, from custom-built one-offs and prototypes to small batches of frames. He also makes bars, forks and racks and machines a lot of his own parts for his own builds and for other framebuilders, including head tubes and bottom bracket shells. Ted’s bikes, which have been described as “future collectables”, are all hand made in the UK by Ted.

Home of the iconic ‘Flying Gate’. This groundbreaking design was the brainchild of the Baines brothers who worked for Jowett Cars in Bradford back in the 1930s. The idea is as valid now as it was then - a super short wheelbase producing a responsive ride whilst maintaining an optimal riding position for power. Over the last 40 years Trevor Jarvis has owned sole rights to build this classic frame with its detailed lugged construction. In 2017, after building over 600 ‘Gates’, he passed the license to Elizabeth Colebrook of Beaumont Bicycle.

The Vandal Metalworks is what happens when a singlespeed obsessed mechanic, with a background in visual arts and jewellery making, learns to braze.
Crafted in the depths of a lock up in Glasgow, TVM frames are raw creations that capture the freedom and carefree hooligan nature that makes cycling what it is.
Using little more than hand tools and a vice, Ande DM has poured (often quite literally) blood, sweat and tears into a range of projects. Each of which retains that rough edge and sense of fun that cycling delivers.
Workshop for cycling bags and racks: bike packing, randonneuring, porteuring.
Innovative and made to measure.
Waxed canvas, cordura, X-pac, nylon and stainless.

Passion and intuitive innovation are combined in a unique production method that creates higher-performing frames. Each element is individually produced. A resin slowly penetrates deep into the fibres with each sequential wrap and ensures that every bond is strong. It’s a process that requires patience, but it’s worth the effort.
Bicycles from Titici are precisely tailored to each rider and their riding style. Because every rider is different. And every bike should be too.

Victoire is a French company founded in 2011 and based in Clermont-Ferrand, Auvergne. We build tailor-made bicycles. Each bike that comes out of our workshop is unique, designed and built to suit the client’s needs, morphology and riding. A Victoire bike is a very personal object that is specially designed to go with his owner for a long period of time.
I build variable head angle bikes out of composite materials. The variable head angle is a new concept and allows the rider to adjust the front fork angle from 60-70 degrees without dismounting . The bike geometry can quickly be altered for uphill or downhill with a simple twist of a knob whilst moving. The movement is height compensated to keep the bike at the same height on any setting. I am showing a carbon fibre and aluminium mtb with a head angle adjustment of 60-70 degrees
