The BESPOKED x SRAM Inclusivity Scholarship Returns for 2026 - Applications Now Open
After four years of supporting talented framebuilders to bring their work to one of the world’s leading handmade bicycle shows, the BESPOKED x SRAM Inclusivity Scholarship returns for 2026.
Created in partnership with SRAM, the scholarship exists to help create more opportunities within cycling and framebuilding for people who feel they are not currently represented fairly within the industry.
Applications are now open for framebuilders to exhibit at BESPOKED Dresden, taking place 11–13 September 2026 at Dresden International Airport, with preference given to applicants based in the UK and Europe.
Since launching in 2022, the scholarship has supported builders from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences, helping them exhibit internationally, build industry connections, and become part of the wider handmade cycling community. Previous recipients have gone on to receive awards, launch brands, develop collaborations, and continue building long after the show weekend ended.
Recipients of the scholarship will receive:
Exhibition space and staging at BESPOKED Dresden 2026
SRAM components to support the creation of a show build
Financial support toward accommodation costs
Dedicated promotional coverage across BESPOKED and SRAM channels to help tell recipients’ stories and showcase their work
Support and mentorship from experienced industry professionals in the lead-up to the event
Eligibility:
“This scholarship is for people who feel they don’t currently see themselves reflected fairly within cycling or framebuilding, whether that’s because of their background, perspective, experience, or route into the industry. We know talent exists in many forms, but access, visibility, and confidence to put yourself forward are not always shared equally.
If you’ve ever questioned whether there’s space for your work or your story within cycling, we’d encourage you to apply. The aim is not to define who belongs here - it’s to help make sure more people feel that they do.”
