- Items must be unused and in original condition.  

- Customers are responsible for return postage.  

- Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned goods.

Event Ticket Policy  

- All event tickets are non-refundable.  

- However, you may switch the day of your ticket if availability allows. Please email us at [info@bespoked.cc] at least 72 hours before your original event date.  

- Ticket transfers between individuals are permitted.

Governing Law  

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
